For nearly a decade, Tonya has been training top professionals around the country how to get more done in less time! Tonya’s interactive workshops and presentations focus on reading-specific skills, and train participants how to be most effective at mastering and using information. Tonya’s 18 Super Strategies work with the four key components of efficient reading: comprehension, retention, recall, and speed. Participants of Tonya’s dynamic, no-nonsense workshops learn to make smart, powerful decisions about what and how they’re reading, which saves them (and their employers!) time, energy, and money.

As President of Team Trav International, Tonya’s mission is to create supportive lifetime relationships with the people and companies that she and her company serve in order to promote personal and professional confidence, effectiveness, and liberty. In addition to public speaking, Tonya is primarily responsible for TTI’s instructional and curriculum development, recruiting, and community outreach. Tonya is an active Rotarian and member of the Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. She is also an alumnus and supporter of NxLevel.

Tonya’s past business experience includes sales and marketing development, technical editing and publishing, and corporate training and development. Tonya holds a B.A. in Political Science, and is currently completing her Masters in Education. Tonya attributes much of her success in college and in her post-graduate work in the business community to the use of the techniques she now teaches in her workshops.
